Members Myriad_Rocker
I've heard drum gear holds it's value really well for a musical instrument. I figured I could get at least $1000 for all of it.

Members 2_maelstrom
if you get a sucker on ebay, about 800-1100. Have you thought about taking them to a local store to see if they will trade or upgrade, or sell them and then spend the money there at the store? That's what I'd figure. Sometimes you can get more if the kit is somehow unique or rare...sadly you can't swing a dead cat in a music store without hitting a tama rockstar, so you don't get any 'lack of supply' advantages. Rather than swinging dead cats about, let me ask you a question. Are you quitting the drums entirely, or just moving to a new kit? If you're getting a new kit, you might want to consider keeping your current hardware...you already own it, and it doesn't make sense to sell a cymbal stand for 50% of what you paid for it just to buy a new one at 100% of new cost. If you are going to get rid of it all, I'd break it up a little bit. Sell the kit with the basic hardware, the double pedal, and the rack separately. Still, 750-800 is a decent expecation. $1000 if you throw in the cymbals. You can ask for more, and maybe you'll get lucky, but I wouldn't count on it. Members Myriad_Rocker
If I decide to sell, I won't be getting another kit....at least not any time in the near future...meaning 5 years.
