Members Puck
Ok I am breaking down and am looking into getting an elctronic kit to practice at home with. Mainly because of noise issues. Would like to keep the budget under $1000. Been looking at the yamaha dtxpress, and the hart prodigy. With the hart I would either probably use a roland td-6or maybe an alesis if I wanted to be realy cheap. Anyone using any of these? And iyo likes and dislikes about them. I have an roland spd-s that I use with the accoustic kits. Sounds are not to bad, mainly use the sampling function. So any guys using Roland stuff let me know how you like the sounds. I recently played a td-3 and it was pitiful sounding. Seemed the td-6 would be a better choice. Any way thanks for your input.
Members rca
I looked around and got the DTXpress3 last January for the same reasons. I like it a lot. Use it in the basement of my townhouse at 2am with headphones and no one notices me.
