You basically play the CD every day for an hour, loud enough just to hear it, and I guess that's it. I haven't been able to find what kind of messages they're telling you anywhere either! Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone used it? And finally, if you have used it, you didn't get a sudden urge to go have sex with a bunch of farm animals, did you?
