They have decent features and for a kid who doesn't know any better, hey. Its only $99. Mine has started to malfunction already and I don't hit hard at all. The non-moving peices are very solid. However the moving parts are all flimsy and weakly put together. Not very good. All in all? For a new pedal at the price point its hard to beat, but... its definitely not going to stop me from buying a used Iron Cobra for $50 more. There's that 1% where you get high quality stuff for cheap ( Avatar Speakers, Wuhan/Bliss/Saluda Cymbals, Agile Guitars, etc. ), and I was hoping this would be one of the instances. Sadly it isn't.
