Members themonosdrummer
Thanks very much chaps! I'll let you know how i get on. And yes, im eyeing up the White marine pearl. I always wanted a silver sparkle kit, but it just doesnt seem to look as cool as the WMP version.
Members DMB0085
keep in mind it is mainly a jazz kit! (you can play any kind of beat on it obviously, but its sound is mainly a jazz sound. you don't want to get a jazz kit if you only play jazz once in a blue moon. Members Thomas G
I've played on this kit before, and I can honestly say it's the most fun I've ever had on a kit in my life. I may be a bit biased because I love that resonant vintage jazzy/blues sort of sound, but I'm sure if you want to get a really really percussive sound out of it, you could put on some Remo pinstripes and an Aquarian superkick. Smaller drums to tend to record a bit better. So yeah, get this kit. Amazing deal for such great little drums.

Just cause they are smaller sized drums doesn't mean they are strictly jazz. Like I said, I put a pretty ferocious spank to these little tubs..and they sounded great! I had em tuned down low and they growled! Even the kick drum with the stock EMAD! WOWSERS!
