Members Brain Becker
Anyone here have to deal with Sabian's warranty? If so, how long did it take you to get your cymbal back?
Members bodinski
Had an AAX O-Zone splash replaced (it cracked) & if memory serves, it took about 3 weeks or so.
Members e-b-e
Sabian typically would take a few weeks, give or take a few days variance in shipping. Sabian recently upgraded their warranty period in case you didn't know -- 2 years on all cymbal lines ! They're also generally pretty lenient in terms of covering cracked cymbals, whether or not due to a manufacturing defect.
Members NoBodysDog
How do you go about it? I've got a cracked 16" Paragon that I'd LOVE to get replaced. I figured I was just out of luck.... Do you need an RMA? Tips or links? EDIT -> I did find the customer service email address and asked for help... I'll cross my fingers!

Sabian already wrote me back and asked me to call for an RMA. So far so good.

Members bodinski
Call them & they'll give you an RMA. You'll need to enclose a copy of that receipt.
Members FitchFY
I had an amazing customer service experience with Sabian. I actually drove to their warehouse, got to check it out, and had my cymbal replaced in person. Best company ever!
Members e-b-e
Bring your cracked cymbal and a copy of your dated sales receipt to your local authorized Sabian dealer. Then the dealer will contact Sabian for the RMA and send it out for you.
