That's very true, if a cymbal sits around too long without being played I have to ask myself if it's necessary to have it around. I'm not a collector....just a player. I went through that with cymbals for about 2 years until I looked at my set up and I have about 12 pies set up around it and 4 more in a bag. Although I really lust over 4 other pies, I finally managed to just stop. I've managed to resist the urge to "just take a look at Ebay" so I've stayed clean for about 18 months... Thomas.
