He had a video out with another gay "rap remix" and he had the same cymbal set up as Tommy. His kit at NAMM had all Pitch Blacks on it too. I don't really hold any hatred for tommy lee, he's definitely out to promote an image though, but it seems to be keeping his mortgage paid, so I can't really hate on him for that. Members melvinspeed Posted April 1, 2009 Members Share Posted April 1, 2009 I'm not gonna defend his chops (although he's better than me), his personal style, taste in women or cymbal selections...but I always give Tommy props for one of the most unique drum solos when he was playing in his rotating cage from the mid-80's.The guy is more entertainer than musician and I can live with that.
