Members slight-return Posted May 8, 2009 Members Share Posted May 8, 2009 Oh, another thing you may want to consider doing as you play with the possibilities The USPTO now has online searching -- so some casual searching might be good "Well, I've never seen it in the market" just isn't a very good indicator, a lot of patents just sit Treat it pessimistically, b/c you don't find something doesn't mean it's not there...but you may find something reasonably close that makes pursuing developing not so attractive, or you may find something that has similarities and you have to 'design around' that .In any case, it can give you an idea of what kind of stuff is out there, even if it isn't in the market BUT treat it as information, not an answer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
