Glad to see that there are people out there who treat customer support like you would want to be treated, rather than just throwing a huge hissy fit when you don't get what you want (then wonder why customer support isn't being receptive!) I know his first post came off a bit harsh, but we all have our days when we open m mouth/insert foot. He'll take good care of you. He always has me, and I have free stuff setting here in my living room for the drum jam in Oct. Granted, not special order, but free stuff anyway. You guys will get this worked out.
