I purposely don't have my left bass pedal at the same angle as my right. Anyone else?

Just recently saw a clip of him while he was young and still strictly a jazz player, playing left-handed trad grip on a rightie kit--worst of both worlds! It was hard to watch . . .

That's the one. He switches back and forth, for no apparent reason. But then, he's a drum god and I'm not. Carmine should see this--he might walk into a mirror.

the song is "Nutville," love that one... and maybe you can tell me something, DTD. I feel as though Horace is quoting something around 1:39, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Is it part of the theme to The Flintstones, maybe?

that's what it looks like when I try and play trad on my kit (just backward.) not good, it's a shame-- I'd prolly play trad all de time if I was a rightie.
