Numark, Gemini, & American DJ all make rack mountable dual systems for around 300 bucks. As for single cd decks, the gemini cdx-601 goes for 130-ish. That's the cheapest one I know of... There might be rack-mountable models out there made for non-dj applications, but I know nothing about those. They probably wouldn't be any cheaper than the gemini above though.
