Members staticsound
our mixer has an Effects input, and an AUX input, however when I try to connect:Mic------ibanez TS-9 ----- aux or efx on mixerno sound comes out. What am i doing wrong? Depends on what "effect" you're going for : 1. If you want the mic signal to go through the TS-9 into the board your signal chain needs to be: Mic -> TS-9 Input / TS-9 Output -> Any input channel on the mixer 2. If you're wanting a clean mic signal and use the TS-9 to "color" the sound go this route, (a little more complicated) : Mic -> Input Channel on mixerAux or EFX (same thing) output -> input of TS-9TS-9 output -> input channel on board (this will be your FX return) *make sure whatever channel you decide to use as your FX return is routed to your Master *whichever aux or EFX you used, just turn up that knob on your vocal channel to blend the two signals Not knowing what mixer you have, this is just a generic way to do it that works with pretty much any mixer. Hope this helps..
