Members sephlan
When i do that and sing, it feels as if i have more control and the tone quality is a little richer. Is that normal? What does that men?
Members grace_slick
Um...I don't know...if I did this, I think I'd find it...strange. I'll admit, all through my teenage years I'd sing lying down on my bed, but I'd be lying on my side, propped up on my left eblow/arm, so my legs were horizontal on the bed, but my torso and chest and head and stuff were sort of curved and then upright. When I picture your description of singing lying down, I imagine being on one of those massage tables with the hole to put your face in, and singing like that. I think it'd be ok, but I don't think I'd find it overly comfortable. I feel like the sound would be muted. BUT I guess technically, if your body's in a straight line and your chest and neck/throat isn't tense or in an uncomfortable position, it'd be much the same as standing upright, eh? Members YeahDoIt
Sephlan, you might record yourself singing and listen to the replay. Lots of times I find things sound different when I stop singing or playing music and listen to the recording.
