Members dabbadon8
I know this is probably one of the simplist and basic songs ever posted but please give me some feedback. I know the lead part is not great (just simple noodling) and the song's length needs to be cut. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/kamakazifallout_music.htm "Your Image Still Remains"
Members the_big_geez
Well, I battled your host's pop-ujps and found two songs, so here's the review of them both: It's got a gaelic/bagpipe quality that is not unlike some sixties stuff that was really popular back then, but has a certain edginess that makes it sound more contemporary. I don't think it's too long, in fact, I'd put another break in it --with a keychange/tempo change too! But that's just me... Carry on. It sounds good! On the other song, the mix is screwy, but the song is likable. The second part is too subdued --almost inaudiible. You nee dto mix it so that there's some center in it. You can still bias one part to one side, just not ALL the way to one side. 70/30 is about the max threshold for stereo mixes. It sounds like you passed that... I'd try 60/40.(THat is, part 1: 60L/40R and part 2 60R/40L)
Members dabbadon8
Thanks, the second song was recorded by the band that I joined the remnants of and was not by me. Thanks for the advice.

Members dabbadon8
can anyone tell me a better site to host from? edit: I think you only have to be a member to listen to it as an mp3, if you click on the lofi/hifi buttons it should download.
