Members sheepdog
St. Jude's Children's Hospital Yes, I guess you consider this SPAM. The gym I am a member of (Powerhouse Gym) is having a "Workout Against Cancer" on Monday November 28. I am trying to raise what donations I can to help support St Jude's Children's Hospital. I have no hidden incentives to raise this money other than a Tshirt and some other minor prizes. I just feel strongly about supporting Cancer Research, and St Jude's is a leader in research, prevention, and cures for childhood cancer. If anyone wishes to know further information regarding the Workout Against Cancer: web site for event: www.stjude.org/workout Sponsoring Gym: Powerhouse Gym Owner: Dave T Business Phone: 205-982-5111 I am willing to provide a receipt if anyone is interested in donating. I am not looking to get large donations, just a few dollars would help. I can either take a check (made out to "St Jude's Foundation" or paypal, whichever is preferred). If the moderators have any problem with soliciting donations using ebassist, feel free to delete the thread. PM me for further information if interested. Thanks, Gary
