Members Thunderbroom
My rock band got asked to play a gig at Mama K's in Schiller Park in January based on our performance last weekend at a competitor's bar. He wanted our logo so that he can have it printed on the beer sign. Since we don't have one, I decided to create something. Here's what I'm submitting to the band:
Members Gruven
Looks kind of old fashioned. Reminds me of the movie "Paper Moon". Not a knock, just an observation.

The crescent moon was an afterthought but fits.
Members Gruven
I think you should go a little more modern. When I say old fashioned, I mean like 1920's.
Members rikshaw
i like it but im a big fan of simple
Members Thunderbroom
I'm waiting to hear from the band. Ultimately, they'll decide what we use. I like it too because it's simple.
Members Low Tone
I like it. I think I would have put the moon on the other side, but that's just me. Nice work, T-broom!
Members vanlatte
Another vote for "simple = good " I likey.
Members Banta
It doesn't suggest "rock band." It says "dance band." Which may be ok.
Members Gruven
I'm sorry, but to me it suggests Big Band (like Benny Goodman).

I don't like the name; however, everyone else does. I've got to work with what I have.

HD would have you guys' butts if they caught wind of that. They are very protective of their logo.
Members tylytle
I bet so. But it is not a H/D logo. Just a bar and shield. And it is slightly different. Says H/D nowhere on it. I know they sue for any reason.
Members Thunderbroom
When I looked at your logo, I thought the name of the band was Nekkid Machine Heat (then I read below).

You won't see someone using the McDonald's "M" either.
Members tylytle
LOL. I came from a Wasp song. Our singer couldn't sing that part without laughing. thought it sounded like a band name. It stuck.

Members Zeromus-X
They both still remind me of a lounge act. If it slows down at work here I'll see what I can drum up.
