Members jewbles Posted June 9, 2006 Members Share Posted June 9, 2006 so i got my 5-string jazz yesterday and the hipshot a-style came today. right away in noticed a BIG difference in string spacing (a-style is 3/8" wider). has anyone put an a-style on their sx 5er? i like to do upper fret work so i'm thinking this won't work. would a badass v be better? i saw that it has 3" spacing like the a-style... also, i found a schaler 5-string roller bridge that should work. does anyone use this?http://www.bestguitarparts.com/guitar-part/16/Schaller_5_String_Roller_Bass_Bridge_.htm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
