Members percyexpat Posted August 30, 2006 Members Share Posted August 30, 2006 I'm half tempted to take a risk on this beauty: but relatively unknown ebay brands makes me scared. the guitar reviews from that company are patchy to say the least, although thereve been some good instruments that people have liked. its probably a clone of something. looks same body shape and stuff as the epiphone allen woody sig bass. anyone know if its copied from anything specifically? I like it more than the allen woody (that's just on looks, tho.) same here. it looks much nicer. the only HC reviews for that company's basses are for their j-bass clone and they were all glowing reviews (albeit there were only three of them). i think i'll see if i can get one for a knockdown price and if so i'll give it a whirl! Members percyexpat Posted August 31, 2006 Author Members Share Posted August 31, 2006 forget period pains, GAS pains hurt the worst i need to get a new bass in the next fortnight and i just dont know what to get. i have a friend moving over from canada and we're going to jam and get some gigs going and all so i need a nice fat bass sound to really be able to have some fun with. problem is im like a kid in a sweet shop. that would be so much fun!
