It's like a modern jazz bass with tones of tonal options, great playability and sound. Bolt-on. Here (Greece) the raptures go about 2000-2500 euros for a 5ver, and the mvp's aroung 3K. Members bassred Posted September 16, 2006 Members Share Posted September 16, 2006 THere is a Rapture 5 that has been on the wall ot GC for years, it plays like crap and doesn't sound very good (i attribute this to GC's allowing anyone to play the bass, even absolute beginers....) I played one at Ed Roman Guitars that was absolutely superb, but I went with the Schecter Stiletto Studio 5 (which I absolutely love!!!) for about 1/4 the cost, I have to be able to pay the bills after all.....
