Being a bass player is less about the bass you play and all about the groove you lay.A four, a six, or more string don't mean a thing.Sit in the pocket. Connect with the drummer and lock it.And remember:The dudes may all play air guitar to the guitarist's Back In Black solo, but the chicks are shaken their asses to the bass all night long.
