Members BmoreTele
Seems like these are similar in many ways. Does anyone with experience with them have a preference? I'm leaning to the Hellcat VI for the splittable HB's and the slightly longer scale. It's also reassuring that it hasn't been discontinued ... yet. Of course the Fender name does carry its own value. Thanks for any info.
Members JanVanHove
30" scale on a baritone allows you to tune EADGBE (an octave below guitar...), like a good old fender VI, and a 27"-28" baritone gets you ADGCEA (A fourth below guitar...)... Depending on what you want in tuning, the choice in instruments pretty much sorts itself out... Personally I'd go with the schecter, but that's just me being a little allergic to Fender...
