Members #6
So, as some of you will know, I've been trying to sell my Kawai F2B110KS (see the thread in the for sale forum for pics). Obviously this is a bass that is going to have a small market. Plenty have looked at the thread, but not any real interest. Also listed it on craiglist, to no avail. I want to sell this thing for a decent price, to put myself into some sorely needed amplification. Ebay obviously, but too much risk of it going too low, and a high reserve or start price is an auction killer. So, ideas? Many thanks in advance. Members One Bad Monkey
The one time I sold a bass ('99 Warwick Streamer Pro-M, fretless), I went through Bass Northwest. Yeah, it's commission, but they got it sold within a week, and I got out of it more than what I wanted (after their cut). Give them a shout and see. Members #6
I will definitely give that a try...though this is a far cheaper instrument than the crazy stuff I see roll through Bass NW. Any other ideas out there?

Yes, you, do, but you'd also have to pay eBay or Bass NW commission, so it works out in the end. Also, it gets your ad placed where many bass players who know about gear will see it, so the possibility of getting what you want out of it increases.
