Alice Ghostley played Esmeralda. It was a great show. We had such good TV in the '60s. Corny as all get out but fun. calling Doctor bombay calling Doctor bombay! And he's apparently still kickin'. The other guy was always just pissed off...I mean, always. Dick York at least was tolerant of some of Sam's relatives like Aunt Clara...there were scenes where he was downright sweet with her. I think she would sneeze and {censored} would happen Endora ( Agnes Moorehead) was SAms Mother, who was Esmeralda in the Family... its been so long since I thought of that show....
