Members Bluescout Posted December 12, 2007 Members Share Posted December 12, 2007 So I play my Yamaha or Mex P, bot with P pickups, through my firebass or Classic 400, into a 410, either a Sonic or Peavey Pro. What part of that would effect the most change towards a more progressive grind? I think the cabs are fine. The Peavey amps are fairly uncolored so a change in bass or pickup would be the thing, wouldn't it?
