Members Verne Andru
When I was shopping I compared Fenders with Yamaha's and found I got much better bang for the buck with Yamaha, so I got a BB405. With no regrets. At this point the only Fenders that appeal to me are the Jaguar and the Aerodyne Jazz. OTOH, I like a number of the Yamaha's including the TRB5PII and the NE. But there's nothing wrong with a Fender if you can score a good deal. The new Squier Vintage Modified look to be tremendous deals.
Members jasper383
I love the Yamaha BB414s. Easily equivalent to the MIM Fenders. They record beautifully.
