Ron Hoover Posted January 23, 2008 Members Share Posted January 23, 2008 I went to my local Musicman dealer a couple of weeks ago and cast my eyes upon this (one exactly like it ): I made the mistake of picking it up and playing it. Wow. I've played hundreds of basses in the 6 years since I bought my first SR5 and this was the first one that I wanted to buy. It was a good deal but I can't afford it right now... I would imagine that I'll put a tort PG on there in a bit. I changed the PG on my other SR5 from plain white to Pearloid and it looks sooooo much better. Yup...me too...well my other SR4. I've been thinking about changing my SR5 from tort to white pearloid for a little while now. It would look pretty good...
