The second band played and played what i consider to be about the most boring music i've ever heard. Two chords... over and over, every song, no lyrics ..... Anyway, afterwards my buddy overhears a guy talking to the lead guitarist: Guy: That set was awesome Guitard: Seriously that was awesome, and i don't mean just good, like really awesome **At this point my cynical friend chimes in** Friend: Yeah guys, that was like, 2-chords awesome Guy/Guitard: Yeah man, thanks it was sweet. Members Crescent Seven Posted June 21, 2008 Members Share Posted June 21, 2008 Myth Lab played a "New Talent Showcase" when we were starting out, with a band that was identical to the one you described. I don't openly make fun of bands, but I was thinking about it with these guys. The best part of their whole set was when the singer admonished the crowd for not applauding.
