Members SevenString
Jonathan Cain played and sang "Faithfully" at my wedding. That's a good "musician's love song".

Members cherri
Silly me, I thought you were looking for songs for a male wedding ... not a male singer at a heterosexual wedding. And I had some great ideas, too... LOL
Members flip333
Silly me, I thought you were looking for songs for a male wedding ... not a male singer at a heterosexual wedding. And I had some great ideas, too... LOL Well, the way I worded it, you might think so! I would like to sing a song during a wedding ceremony someday. (heterosexual). The other cool thing would be to work up a duet with a female friend. I've been working hard on my daily exercises and karaoke songs, and I finally think I don't suck. This would be as a friend to honor the wedding parties. I appreciate the suggestions, and I will add them to the list of possibilities. Here is a list of songs I like so far: If I should fall behind Faithfully Can't wait another minute I was brought to my senses sting You raise me up - westlife up where we belong - joe cocker There is love And I love you so - don mclean Your Song -- Elton John Longer - dan fogelberg through the years - kenny rogers one hand one heart - west side story through the eyes of love -- melissa manchester don't know much -- linda ronstadt and aaron neville you're my everything - santa esmeralda There Is Love (Wedding Song) --Paul Stookey Through The Eyes Of Love --Melisa Manchester Somewhere Out There -- James Ingram & Linda Ronstadt
Members SevenString
WOW~ All I can say is awesome! Yeah, it was pretty darned cool. Apparently it was the first time he'd ever done that, and he was so inspired by it that he decided to record and release a CD of wedding music. It was actually dedicated to me and my wife. Members SevenString
Yeah, "Can't Help Falling in Love" is a good one too. During the "first dance" at our wedding, I had a wireless mic and sang it to my wife. Over 16 years later, her dad is STILL talking about that.
