We are trying to find a singer/rhythm guitar player for our band. We have an incredible drummer, bass, very good lead guitar, a PA with a quality sound guy and rehearsal space. I respond to peoples adds, email goes well then when the time comes to meet....they disappear. It was there ad! This is the third time! Is this normal? I know that the project that we want to do is niche, but we have several places that are waiting on us to form and get tight so that we play for them and these would be paid shows.
