You know what to do: 2 lbs swine (pork butt or shoulder, cubed and browned) 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 large onion, sauteed 4 cloves garlic, minced and sauteed 1 small can Chipotle Peppers, mashed 1 can chicken stock 1 can pinto beans 1 large potato, diced 1 tbl chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste.
