Wait a second, a guy I play hockey with owns (or is part of the family) who owns the Onion Pub. His name is John and he can really skate. I've been there! It's right near Barrington Ice Arena, eh? Glad you were able to head over there I went there for lunch after playing rat hockey on a Thursday afternoon at Barrington Ice. My good friend (who played hockey also) was working for a wine company and he had an appointment with a manager to try out some of his wines. The food was GREAT but I drank wine because my buddy was pouring me glasses (for free). It was only later did I realize that John, whom I play hockey with on Wednesday night at Rolling Meadows, was from the Onion Pub. Do you know him? Are you somehow affiliated with the Onion? Forgive me if I missed something... Yeah I'd like to go there some night when they have a band. Have some dinner, drink some beer and wait for the band to play.
