Members Reverend179
Why the hell do you need three synths? Slight derail but with that many pedals a looper is needed. You're gonna suck a lot of tone just running through that many.
Members Reverend179
Well, onto the question, First thing on the list would be the wah, last on the list would be DI (if you want your effects in the DI), with the EQ right before the DI. Members Sonic1
You would need to pull all that stuff apart to gig, right?
Members Texas Noise Factory
Master-wired pedalboard needs you. Good luck.
Members Reverend179
And a GCX pedal switcher. I can't imagine the tap dancing you'd be doing with that rig.
Members Thrustin
If a bass player showed up to audition with that, I would suddenly have a family emergency.
Members Reverend179
I'm one to talk (I use 3 pedals+4 onboard effects on my amp) but damn man.
Members Jesse Neil
I love pedals, but that is absurd. I'd skip ordering them and just set it all on fire.
Members Jazz Ad
I have way more than that, not going to criticize. Now, the beauty of pedals is the ability to rewire and experiment to find the best fit. With that many units you probably have a sound in your head. That's where the order will come from.DI comes last. EQ can be installed anywhere depending on what you need it for.Synth pedals rarely behave together unless they're set parallel, because they need a clean signal from which to work. For this reason they're good first in the chain. Modulations are good somewhere after synths and OD but you can achieve great noiss if you set them before. It's all about trial and mistake.
