Members Thunderbroom
What would be a good (fair) price for a Boss GT-10B in a local sale (no shipping). They sell new for $500. This one is in great condition.

Members Thunderbroom
$350 ish? Exactly. I've got a dude offering me $300. I countered with $325. He's not budging. I want to get rid of stuff, but damn, I'm not interested in giving it away. I still have to drive 20 miles to meet him. I may call his bluff and just keep it. I don't have to sell it. Members Ender_rpm
Welcome to 2010 bro I'm finding 50% off new is the new starting point on CL, it's pretty depressing. If you don't NEED to sell, don't. Things will pick back up, but probably not for another year or so.

Members One Bad Monkey
I just sent him a message saying I'll keep it. I'm hoping you'll call his bluff. Right now, I think a lot of people are intentionally low-balling things just because they want to see how great a deal they can get. Especially if you have to drive to deliver this thing, stand your ground.

Members Reverend179
People have a 'you have to bend over and take it 'cuz you're selling stuff' mentality these days. I put up my 4x12 Peavey a few weeks back, for 150. I got an offer for 35 bucks because the tolex is pretty peeled.
