Members bassthumpintwin
Own a rare piece of history! The serial number of this Strat is 09331. It is a complete body with all original hardware. It was repainted in 1980 by fender certified tech. The neck was changed in the early 1960's. The neck has a pencil date of 3-59. Taking this into consideration, I've adjusted the price accordingly. I'm very firm in my asking price of $14,000.00. I've had to many people interested to drop the price as of yet. For the serious buyers, I have another 30 pictures available upon request. You may also call me at 219-241-6285. This guitar has a very interesting story behind it and I love to tell you where its been. http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwi/msg/1634696792.html Still seems a bit steep if you ask me, considering it's been refinished and the neck isn't original.... :poke:
Members Docta Jones
I like the way he's laid this "piece of history" bare on a wood floor for the pictures. Perhaps he thinks it will add a bit of relic to it.
