Members mlwarriner Posted March 21, 2010 Members Share Posted March 21, 2010 beer! yes, i cheaped out and bought kirkland beer on my last costco trip. normally, i get the boulevard sampler pack (22 bucks for a 24 pack of bottles). last night, i saw the kirkland version. 6 hefe's, 6 amber ales, 6 pale ales and 6 german lagers. three bucks a case cheaper than the boulevard. definitely not terrible. i had one of the ambers last night, and am about to crack one of the pales. haven't had enough to decide if it's better/worse/similar to the boulevard stuff, but it isn't bad. might stick with it, or go back to bully, not sure. As I recall, I liked it! every boulevard brew i've ever had was awesome, excluding a couple of their seasonals that i just don't care for. but even being a local brew, it's a little spendy.
