After we started playing the Electric Meter at the club caught fire and knocked out power. We played our first hour set with a cord ran from the RV that has an inverter. I ran straight into the board as the inverter would would only handle the PA and my Les Paul sounded cool with my WCR pickups thru a SansAmpGT2. We played mellow stuff though, and the crowd got off on the music by candlelight. They called the power company and they were fixing it as we played. As we finished the 1st set power was restored, so we got to finish the night with our regular gear. A good thing because a bachelor and bachelorette parties came in and the place was packed.
