Members saberry
I'm not a singer myself (well, not a good one), but my 13 year old daughter is an aspiring country singer. Aside from performing locally, we've also been putting videos on YouTube to help promote her singing. The idea being that if, at some time down the road, she gets some attention from a label, etc...she'll be able to show that she has an existing fan base. Do any of you do this, and if so, any tips to get more views, etc? It looks like volume is part of the equation, and also doing songs that are "hot" at the moment. Oh, in case anyone is interested, here is her YouTube page with about a dozen videos. Feel free to subscribe. http://www.youtube.com/user/SavannahSings

Actually, when I did not get any replies on this thread, I started on in the music biz forum where we had a discussion on the topic of Youtube.http://acapella.harmony-central.com/showthread.php?t=2157132
