Members MartinC Posted August 5, 2010 Members Share Posted August 5, 2010 Had a great gig last night. Corporate for Seagate, the drive maker.There was a flamenco show, then our group. I used to play with the flamencos and had not seen them for four or five years. I got to see their show, catch up with them, have an incredible dinner, then play two shorts sets. The gig paid very well to boot. My agent was supposed to have a guy there to facilitate and pay us, but he didn't show. Today I got a call from one of his guys and he says "Martin, please tell me you did that gig last night! We were supposed to have a guy there but the boss told him the gig was tonight, not last night!" I paused and said "What gig?" and just let that hang in the air for a few seconds. He goes "OH NO!"
