Members soundlight
Yes, I have heard of them. yes, I have seen them (in a music store, forget which one). I wasn't all that impressed. As with any 8-bit DJ level scanner, the movement is kinda shaky when it's moving slow, which you really don't want. Better slow movement can either be accomplished by a speed channel or by 16 bit movement. Let me run down the reasons why they suck compared to the SCX700s. -Halogen source, not arc source-No movement macros-No speed channel-Gobos not replaceable-No extra gobos included with fixture-No dimming capabilities-No speed channel-One less gobo wheel slot-No individual music triggering of parameters-Martin's optics are much better-It's an American DJ product. ADJ has an inherently larger suck factor than Martin. And a lower reliability rate.

The DMX-4s are great packs. They're surprisingly sturdy for the price.
