Lighting Equipment rental

Hello folks,

 

Do you know a place near Baltimore or Annapolis, MD where I can rent lighting and sound equipment for a concert? (it would be great if we could get both, but my priority is lighting as of now).

 

I did a google search and it all ends up to some party arranger site. I need something specifically for band performance. My budget is $1000 to rent.

 

The concert will be held indoors with no more than 100 in the audience.

Any advise or help would be appreciated. (eg how many spotlights. scanners, and whatnot..)
