Members Telecruiser
I originally posted this on the solo/duo forum and they recommended I post it here. I have always relied on the provided lighting which sometimes can be one ot two white flood lamps. I work in clubs/restaurant/bars some outdoor patio gigs etc.. I am thinking about investing in my own lighting equipment. I have heard the best way to go is LED. That's fine but what do I get for a single or duo act? Sizes, colors, etc. etc.. It would be nice (but not neccesary) to have some control to change lighting sequences depending on the song. BTW, as you can tell, I know nothing about lighting. I don't like cheap stuff but I can't afford top of the line either. Ideas? Thanks
Members BillESC
You'll want LED fixtures offering RGBA or RGBAW color mixing. 2 Tripods with one fixture each, DMX cables and a simple DMX controller will get you going nicely. You can always add to it int he future.
