Members Voltage55 Posted June 21, 2013 Members Share Posted June 21, 2013 I have had similar warranty issues with Chauvet. It took me over a year to get a hazer replaced. The trick is to have a dealer with bargaining power at your side. My dealer was telling me that these Fab 5s are a pretty hot item. I have to lock down an order every time a shipment comes in. They exchanged it but my buddy had to go to bat for me and say "no we aren't going to send it back for repair, we are going to give him a new replacement" It's nice when they have your back.
