Members jrm27
Hello everyone: I'm trying to find a decent single-ear earbud. With our jerry rigged in-ear system we want to be able to only have one ear being used for monitoring, and the other to be able to hear the ambient room. Yes, I know we could use a regular earbud headphones, but i hate having that extra ear just hanging there. Anyone know of a good single-ear version we should look at? Thanks! Members Gregidon
either tuck the other one in the shirt or cut it off.... no-one sells single ear-buds. It's also a bad idea because in order to compete with the open ear you'll turn up the one in your ear to a dangerious level.
Members Ed Dixon
I use both earbuds, and simply pull out a little if I need to hear more room sound. If you make your own custom fit buds, this is easier. Ed
Members nobrainer440
Chop it. If you're good with a soldering iron, you could ghetto rig the chopped half and get 2 mono buds.
