Members Scodiddly
Unbelievably good or unbelievably bad? Actually one of my co-workers used to be the touring sound guy with them.

Actually one of my co-workers used to be the touring sound guy with them. it was probably the best sounding live-performance i have heard so far, and the hall isn't very nice to say the least. i'd be glad to learn about the setup, the concept, the production staff... everything. they where capturing the smallest sounds (matchboxes, body-voicepercussion, plasikbottles, brushes on the floor...) with shotgun mics only(??) and made them sound great in a rather cheesy hall... didn't quite understand how this is possible
Members Cyber_Chyld
I've heard quite a lot of this is pre-recorded with the 'live' performance choreographed to go with the recording. I have NO PROOF of this I hasten to add, but it would certainly explain a lot!
Members seedee701
hmmm, being a drummer myself i don't think i could be fooled in a live-percussion performances of this kind...at least the delicate soft percussion that impressed me the most is absolutely impossible to sync on a live stage, imo
Members bassred
Here in Vegas we are getting STOMP, not sure if it's going to be a house gig (permanent) or touring gig that's stopping by for a while, I think NEXO's are going to be used, not at liberty to say how I know that..... That's one show I'm going to have to catch!
