Full range set up for MRX515 & Srx718s ?

Hello,

 

I have JBL MRX515 & SRX718s. I current use crossover bi-amp.

Here is current set up:

Mixer > Crossover > high > power amp > MRX515.

Mixer > Crossover > Low > power amp > SRX718s.

 

Now, I want to run FULL Range only 1 amp. So the set up will be:

Mixer > power amp > MRX515 + SRX718s

 

How can I wire full range with these speaker ?

You shouldn't/can't run full range into your subwoofers like that.

you need to keep it with the crossover like you have it.

Your current set-up is correct. I don't have as much problem running highs in the lows (other than sounding crappy), but running lows into the highs can do damage. Also any time you have dissimilar speakers doing the same frequencies it can be a problem. You might even think about a speaker management product like a DBX Drive Rack PA

You can run the crossover high into channel A of the amp to the MRXs and crossover low to channel B to the SRXs. That would work and eliminate an amp. Not sure what amp you are planning on using but this will work if your amp can handle ohm load of daisy chained speakers.
