Up for sale is a Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Murphy Lab 1968 Ultra Light Aged Ebony guitar in superb playing condition.

This Gibson '68 Les Paul Custom is the ultimate way to experience what makes the Les Paul so special. With a solid lightweight Mahogany body and a Plain Maple Top, the Custom is finished in stunning Ebony with Gold hardware. I think it's fair to say it's a real eye catcher. The ageing on display is just incredible, the lacquer checking is as authentic as anything we've seen and the hardware tarnishing is unbelievable.

The Mahogany neck boasts a 24.75" scale length, an Ebony fingerboard with Pearloid block inlays; it feels perfectly balanced and poised, just as a Les Paul should. With the period correct long neck tenon, this guitar delivers incredible sustain and resonance.
