The LED lights connected to it will only come on when i press 'full on' or when i flick the polarising switch on the rear of the desk. If i try to use the faders nothing happens at all.... any ideas? have looked at the manual and can find nothing.. or can anyone suggest a help desk i can contact in the uk?
