This is a one owner guitar purchased directly from the Gibson factory in 2004. Being that it was purchased from the factory, Gibson stamped the number 2 directly under the serial number that you can see in the picture. There are no imperfections, Gibson always did this to guitars sold to employees or factory direct. This guitar was bought more as a collector item than a player and has spent its entire life in the case. The only imperfection, if you want to call it that, is slight tarnishing of the pickup covers and bridge. This could likely be polished off but I decided to leave it be and let the new owner decide that. To me the slight patina adds to the natural aging of this collector quality piece & is beautiful. The finish in tobacco sunburst is flawless and the flame maple on both front and back is gorgeous. My asking price of $2750.00 is firm. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
