Members ClassicRock1169
Ok I have a Yamaha Mg102c and JBL Eon 15p speakers. The output on the MG102c looks like a 1/4" and the input on the JBL Eon are XLR Female balanced according to the manual. Could someone point me in the direction of a cable that could serve this purpose. I don't think they are very commonly used.
Members ClassicRock1169
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000SL4656 these are the cables that I currently have. I should have gotten one with a Male instead of female end. My radio shack has a male to male xlr connector (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062442) Could I just used that? I also have heard about TRS or something. I'm new to live sound any help is appreciated.
Members GCDEF
http://audiopile.net/products/Mic_Instr_Cables/MP_Adaptor_Cbls/MP-106/MP-106_cutsheet.shtml The adapters will work, but those cables won't last more than a few shows anyway, so you'd be better off investing in better cables than working around cheap ones.
